Strength & Conditioning classes are a total body workout. They are highly affective and rewarding. We pride ourselves on giving our members the best experience possible, as our circuits and classes where the first of their kind in the city. Semi Private Personal Training

In our semi private personal training each group session is led by one of our fully certified coaches to guide you and keep you motivated through your training. While taking part as a member of a small group, or part of a larger group, you will be following a fully individualised program fitted to your goals.
